What you can accomplish • You commit yourself as a coach and work in a resource- and goal-oriented manner with people in need of support. • You act as a thinking partner and advise internal specialists as well as external employers in the context of professional integration. • Collaboration with clients and support circles (doctors, authorities, authorized representatives) is an important part of your daily work. • You find creative solutions, establish contacts with training companies and employers, and contribute through your commitment to creating perspectives. • Documentation, reports and administrative tasks are part of your work just as much as direct contact with people. What you bring • You are a communicative professional with an eagle eye for detail and a heart in the right place. • You like to work autonomously, think in an interconnected way and remain calm even when the situation becomes turbulent. • You want to take on responsibilities, bring ideas and participate actively in the design of things. • You have a solid training or continuing education in coaching, social work, work pedagogy or equivalent. • MS Office? This is not a problem for you. • You possess a category B driver's license and find the way to our intervention sites (with or without GPS).
