We are looking for initiative and responsible candidates who enjoy holistic care and excellent individual work. • Accompaniment and support of patients and their relatives in the OP department • Independent preparation, instrumentation and assistance in the specialist areas of orthopedics/traumatology, neurosurgery and visceral surgery, jaw and ENT • Preparing interventions and assisting with storage according to existing schemes, taking into account safety measures • Forward-looking, committed and reliable instrumentation in all interventions in our wide range of operations • Taking over day, late and also night duty services (no night shifts) In your additional function as a vocational trainer, you will take on the following tasks: • You are jointly responsible for the training and promotion of students • Competent accompaniment and support of students to practice and train new actions, skills and abilities. • Professional implementation of the educational mandate according to the training concept <br /> YOUR PROFILE • Diploma as a specialist in operating technology • Several years of professional experience, ideally in our core specialist areas of orthopedics and traumatology • Ideally, professional experience in the field of education or willingness to acquire it • Enjoyment of working with students and conveying knowledge in practical and theoretical areas • High stress tolerance and flexibility as well as high technical and social skills • Good user knowledge of common PC user programs <br /> In addition to an attractive workplace, you can expect a well-established and dynamic team that is looking forward to your support.
