The Labor Market/Unemployment Insurance service area is responsible for the Unemployment Insurance Act. As part of the Market and Integration division, the ALK Professional Enforcement Support group works in the tension field between enforcement offices, the insured, IT, and politics. In this framework, the group develops strategies, prepares operational implementation, and supports the enforcement offices in doing so.
