It carries out research and development work focused on the needs of teaching and education. It offers continuing and advanced training, as well as a range of services, intended for all education professionals.* *We are advertising the position of* Head of Infrastructure Unit Projects (ref. 474) Entry into function: Immediately or by agreement Activity rate: 80% Contract duration: indefinite-term contract (CDI) Salary level: class 9 of the RSRC of the State of Vaud Your main activities consist of coordinating cross-functional projects related to real estate infrastructure and services for HEP Vaud users. In collaboration with the head of the Infrastructure Unit, you contribute to the definition, organization, and monitoring of projects, ensuring their consistency with institutional priorities and available resources. You ensure the coordination of different internal and external partners, lead steering sessions, ensure the circulation of information, and prepare reporting and decision-making elements for decision-making bodies. You also support the concerned units in the implementation and change phases. You participate in the strategic planning of infrastructure by carrying out analyses and syntheses that allow anticipating the institution's needs. Finally, you contribute to the continuous improvement of the Infrastructure Unit's services by proposing process and monitoring tool optimizations. These activities take place within the Infrastructure Unit. You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a university or HES in a field relevant to the function, ideally accompanied by training in project management. You have confirmed experience in leading cross-functional projects, ideally in the field of infrastructure, general services, or within a public institution. With excellent analytical, synthesis, and communication skills, you master project management methods and tools and are comfortable coordinating multiple actors. You demonstrate autonomy, rigor, and a strong spirit of collaboration. A good knowledge of the functioning of public administrations is an asset.
