In our new day clinic for work rehabilitation, Luzerner Psychiatrie AG is looking for you: a psychologist or neuropsychologist (m/w/d) who combines specialist knowledge with empathy and enjoys helping to shape therapeutic concepts. Your tasks ## • Helping to shape from the ground up - You help build the day clinic: from concepts to processes to creating a therapeutic space that combines work ability and mental health. • Diagnostics & therapy with depth - You conduct integrated psychiatric-psychotherapeutic assessments, create individual treatment plans, and accompany patients on their way to reintegration. • Neuropsychological assessments with foresight - You conduct standardized tests (e.g. on attention, memory, executive functions) to derive concrete recommendations: What cognitive strengths does the patient have? Where are adjustments needed in the work setting? How can the transition to work succeed? • Documentation - You keep medical records and write reports that are not only formally correct, but also clearly and understandably present therapeutic progress and goals. • Designing interfaces - You work closely with work therapists, social services, employers, and relatives • Leading groups, empowering people - Whether skill training, social competence training, or work-related activities: In the groups, it's about promoting ability to act and self-confidence. • Research & teaching - You participate in case discussions, supervisions, and academic projects Your profile ## • Specialist expertise - A completed degree in psychology (Master or equivalent) and ideally a completed or advanced psychotherapeutic training. • Clinical experience - Professional experience in the outpatient or semi-inpatient sector - you know the challenges and know how to structure and design therapeutic processes in a targeted manner. • Linguistic confidence - Very good German language skills are essential for documentation and communication. • Pragmatic solution orientation - You don't think in problems, but in solutions. You find creative ways, even when the framework conditions are complex. • Team player with a vision - You enjoy working interdisciplinary, appreciate collegial exchange, and want to help shape conceptual work. • Commitment to innovation - You are interested in new methods and enjoy questioning and improving existing structures.
