HR Business Partner Berne, Suisse (and home office) | 80-100% What you can contribute Advise and assist superiors on all personnel-related matters Assume responsibility for the entire career path of employees within the administrative units assigned to you Accompany reorganization and transformation projects and actively participate in management meetings Develop and apply HR processes, guidelines, and standards What makes you unique Tertiary-level degree (university, university of applied sciences or higher education institution) in the field of human resources and business economics, ideally with a federal certificate Several years of experience in a generalist HR function or, preferably, as an HR business partner Excellent advisory, communication, and empathy skills Ability to think strategically and act operationally Good active knowledge of at least two official languages In a few words As an HR business partner, you will be the strategic partner of our superiors.
