We are looking for the future Technical Project Manager / Architect or Interior Architect (M/F) whose main mission will be the layout of our buildings (offices, workshops, laboratories, cleanrooms) intended to welcome new deep tech companies Responsibilities Participate in the development, management and monitoring of technical projects related to infrastructures Collaborate closely with tenant companies for the analysis of their needs and the formulation of adapted solutions Propose interior architecture plans for buildings, based on the technical requirements of startups and SMEs Manage the transformation projects of our buildings Establish execution plans (plans, sections, elevations) for suppliers Create tender requests, defend the best alternatives and establish purchase orders Ensure the monitoring of construction sites as well as compliance with quality, deadlines and budgets Provide occasional support to the maintenance department Assist the infrastructure manager Desired profile HES Interior Architect (oriented towards industrial/technical environments), HES architect or equivalent training Training in project management or equivalent experience Technical knowledge in HVAC, cleanrooms and chemical labs Very client and solution oriented with excellent communication, prioritization, organization and reactivity skills Confirmed experience of at least 3 years in a similar position Perfect mastery of MS Office, Autocad and Archicad tools Excellent oral and written communication skills (French C2, English B2) Capable of working very autonomously, in close collaboration with the existing team We offer A dynamic and innovative working environment A position of responsibility promoting autonomy and proactivity Stimulating and friendly working atmosphere Activity rate: 50%-80% Start date: To be agreed Workplace: EPFL Innovation Park, Bâtiment C, 1015 Lausanne – VD Apply now by sending us your complete application (cover letter, CV, work certificates and diplomas) by 18 August 2026. jpidf26eb6bjm jit0730jm jiy26jm
