For this strategic key position in the nursing directorate and directly reporting to the CNO, we are looking for a visionary and scientifically grounded personality who actively shapes the further development of nursing at the organizational level. In close collaboration with the nursing directorate, the clinical departments, and the Advanced Practice Nurses, you will shape the nursing practice of tomorrow and promote evidence-based, innovative, and patient-centered care. Your work will create the foundation for the highest nursing quality, sustainable competence development, and a future-proof nursing organization. Your tasks Professional and personal leadership of the nursing expert team Leading, promoting, and mentoring nursing experts as well as developing, evaluating, and anchoring APN roles and fields of competence Developing and implementing the strategic orientation of nursing specialty development Deputy head of nursing education Collaborating on organization-wide strategy and development projects Further developing clinical nursing practice with a focus on evidence-based practice, patient safety, and person-centered care Developing, implementing, and evaluating innovative nursing models and care concepts Promoting the translation of scientific findings into clinical practice Accompanying and supporting higher-level specialist and quality committees (e.g. CIRS) Co-designing quality management, continuous improvement processes, and nursing-relevant quality indicators Supporting and empowering shared leadership teams together with the head of nursing service Initiating and participating in research, innovation, and development projects Observing developments in the healthcare system and deriving and implementing strategic measures for the nursing organization Your profile Degree as a nursing specialist HF/FH or Bachelor of Science in Nursing as well as Master of Science in Nursing Sciences (MScN) or comparable university degree Ideally, a doctorate (PhD) or proven scientific expertise In-depth knowledge of nursing development, quality management, evidence-based nursing, and advanced nursing practice Several years of experience in a nursing development, nursing science, or advanced nursing practice function Experience in project management as well as in change and quality management Strategic and networked thinking with a view to organizational relationships Convincing communication and networking skills at all hierarchical levels High level of initiative, reflectiveness, and design will Assertiveness, resilience, and pronounced social competence What we offer A strategic key position with a large scope for design and direct impact on the further development of the nursing organization.
