Operations Assistant

Berne, Suisse \| 80-100% What you can contribute <br /> • Perform routine repairs and maintenance work • Participate in cleaning work within the building perimeter, winter service, and waste management • Assist customers with small moving and assembly tasks (with loads sometimes exceeding 25 kg) • Manage equipment and vehicles used for outdoor maintenance and ensure their maintenance • Support building managers in the operation of the buildings <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Completed compulsory schooling and proven knowledge in concierge services and, ideally, experience in administrative buildings • Sense of service and responsibility, motivation and autonomy • Manual dexterity, ability to carry heavy loads, and category B driver's license • Passive knowledge of a second official language <br /> In a few words Together with your colleagues, you will ensure rapid problem resolution to guarantee the smooth operational functioning of our administrative buildings in Berne.
