The Clinique de Crans-Montana, nestled in the heart of the Valais Alps, is an HUG hospital site. Its hospital missions consist of taking care of patients for rehabilitation in general internal medicine and psychosomatic medicine, multi-purpose post-operative or post-hospitalization rehabilitation in acute settings. The Clinique de Crans Montana holds FMH recognition for general internal medicine and trains internal doctors. It develops academic research projects in connection with the Faculty of Medicine of the Université de Genève. Job Description ## You provide high-quality therapeutic massage services upon delegation from physiotherapists, in accordance with professional standards, therapeutic prescriptions, and institutional values. You actively contribute to the well-being, safety, and dignity of patients throughout their rehabilitation journey. You perform treatments adapted to the needs and abilities of each patient, notably using techniques such as classical massage, fascia and connective tissue massage, reflexology, manual lymphatic drainage (depending on specific training) as well as certain thermo- or electrotherapeutic applications. You support patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals, observe their clinical evolution, and transmit relevant information to members of the interdisciplinary team in order to guarantee coordinated and efficient care. You participate in the continuity and quality of services by collaborating closely with physiotherapists, doctors, caregivers, and other professionals involved in the care. You also contribute to the integration and supervision of new employees, students, and interns. Rigorous and organized, you know how to define therapeutic priorities, manage your activity autonomously, and maintain accurate documentation in the electronic patient file. You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and a strong team spirit. Qualifications ## You hold the Brevet fédéral de masseur ou masseuse médicale. You possess solid knowledge in pathophysiology and the principles of rehabilitation. Experience in the hospital, rehabilitation, or interdisciplinary care field is an asset. You enjoy working in an interprofessional team and actively contribute to a respectful, inclusive care environment centered on the needs of the patients. You are proficient in standard IT tools and electronic care documentation. You have excellent communication skills and a very good command of spoken and written French.
