Our competent, professional nursing team with heart is looking forward to your reinforcement as a Healthcare Professional EFZ (a) in day service What you will achieve: • You contribute to ensuring our residents enjoy professional and individual care and support daily • You act as a nursing professional exemplarily for high care quality and support your colleagues in specialist matters • Within the framework of our primary nursing system, you carry out RAI assessments and promote the autonomy of our residents • You recognize emergency situations and master them • You take on shift responsibility in the residential area How you will convince us: • Completion as Healthcare Professional EFZ or an equivalent training with SRK recognition • Professional experience in long-term care • Strong social and communication competence • Appreciative and professional interaction with elderly people • Very good German skills in speaking and writing • Confident handling of medical-technical devices How we will inspire you: • Inexpensive catering in our staff restaurant • Good accessibility with public transport (train, bus, tram) • Low-cost parking spaces in the in-house underground garage • Good social benefits and at least 5 weeks of vacation, from the age of 50, 6 weeks • Further and continuing education is valued, promoted, and supported • Cooperation and career at eye level With us, personality is the focus.
