For the well-coordinated HR team, we are looking for a numbers-oriented and motivated personality. We are looking for a Specialist HR-Payroll & Administration (m/f/d, 100%) in an international environment. Your tasks • Payroll accounting: Independent processing of payroll for several hundred employees • Year-end closing: Creation of all year-end declarations and settlements with the social insurance providers • Employee Lifecycle: Responsibility for the onboarding and offboarding processes as well as absence management • Consulting & Support: Competent contact point for employees, line managers and authorities for HR and salary questions • Finance interface: Reconciliation of HR-relevant financial accounts and creation of HR statistics as well as reporting • Projects: Active participation in the optimization of HR processes and system landscapes Qualifications Your profile • Education: Commercial basic training with a successfully completed further education in the HR or payroll field (e.g., HR-Fachausweis or Payroll-Spezialist) • Professional experience: Several years of sound practice in salary administration for medium to large workforces • IT skills: Proficient use of SAP HCM and common MS Office applications • Language skills: Fluent German skills as well as good English skills for intra-group communication • Personality: Structured, exact and service-oriented way of working with a strong affinity for numbers Your added value • Flexibility: Attractive home office regulation (1 day per week after the induction period) • Culture: Collegial, dynamic and international working environment • Workplace: Modern location in Biel with excellent transport connections • Development: Support for subject-specific further training • Security: Long-term perspective in a crisis-resistant market leader Your way to us Ready for a new professional challenge in a global environment?
