Family-friendly part-time position with fixed working hours For the Restaurant im Speck am Flugplatz Speck in Fehraltorf, we are looking for reliable and independent support for the morning preparation and opening of the restaurant. The position is particularly suitable for individuals seeking a small, fixedly predictable part-time workload with regular working hours. Gastronomic training is not required. Your working hours Wednesday to Friday each from 09.00 to 11.15 The regular workload comprises 6 hours and 45 minutes per week. During holiday absences, an assignment on Tuesday is exceptionally possible by mutual agreement. If interested, an additional assignment every or every second Saturday from 09.00 to 11.15 can be agreed upon. Depending on the agreed Saturday assignments, the position comprises around 7 to 9 hours per week or a workload of approx. 15–20 %. Your tasks Independent opening and preparation of the restaurant Friendly care of the first guests Sale and service of coffee, drinks and smaller offerings with independent cash collection Receiving, entering and checking reservations Receiving telephone calls and answering simple inquiries Forwarding more complex concerns to the responsible person Preparing reservations and guest tables for the lunch service Setting up and refilling the service areas Preparation of the terrace and other guest areas Checking order, cleanliness and completeness Support with further simple preparation work Cleaning and checking the toilets Carrying out smaller cleaning tasks that the cleaning robot did not perform overnight This is not a basic or complete cleaning of the restaurant. Floor cleaning is mostly carried out overnight by a cleaning robot.
