How you contribute: You lead demanding infrastructure electrical projects and accompany them in the ewl cross-connection – from the first preliminary study to successful commissioning. You drive projects for decarbonization with proven impact, particularly in seawater utilization and district heating. You conduct public tenders and create the necessary documents. You create cost overviews and support project teams technically in electrical questions. You develop plans, schematics, and technical documentation and hand them over to operations in a structured manner. You participate in internal and external project meetings and represent your field of expertise. You support the training of our apprentices. You actively shape work processes and develop them further. What you bring: You have completed basic electrical training (electrician, electrical planner, or automation technician). You have completed recognized further training in electrical engineering (e.g., electrical project manager FA, certified electrician HFP, or in electrical engineering HF/FH) or have many years of professional experience in leading electrical projects. You have in-depth knowledge of the relevant norms, regulations, and safety provisions. You have experience in planning, designing, and implementing electrical systems. You ideally have experience in calculating according to SIA 451 with Messerli. You bring initial knowledge of EPLAN and Autodesk Revit in the best case. You work in a structured, responsible, and forward-thinking manner and can lead multiple projects in parallel. You communicate clearly, work gladly in a team, remain sovereign even under pressure, and convince with professionalism and polished manners.
