You will take on a central role in the credit business and ensure efficient and high-quality processing for private and corporate customers with your expertise and structured approach. You will be responsible for creating, reviewing and approving credit applications as well as periodic re-approvals within the competence regulation while complying with all regulatory requirements You will create property valuations using the bank's own valuation tools (including Wüest Dimensions) You will actively and sustainably manage credit positions: balance sheet analyses, construction loan processing, administration of mortgage master data, assumption of control tasks You will identify, assess and address credit risks at an early stage and show viable alternative solutions You will act as a central specialist interface: you will support customer advisors, especially in complex cases, work closely with internal and external partners and ensure smooth processing with the credit administration What do you bring? You have long-term experience in the credit sector of a bank and are familiar with both corporate and private customer business from your daily practice You have completed a banking apprenticeship or a comparable training and ideally have further developed your skills through further education You bring experience in valuation, especially in the valuation of rental properties You think entrepreneurially, bring ideas and take responsibility, seeking sustainable solutions and representing them convincingly You are a team player and actively support where help is needed, contributing to our joint success We promote personal and professional development Lifelong learning is part of our culture.
