For our youth work in Bachenbülach / Hochfelden, we are looking for a committed person who wants to gain initial practical experience in social work and enjoys accompanying young people in their leisure world. The youth work of Plattform Glattal is present in the youth center, in public spaces, and in the municipalities. Young people find space with us to meet, exchange, and linger. We pick up their concerns and ideas and jointly develop offers and projects that strengthen their participation in everyday life and in the community. Your tasks ### • Collaboration in open and outreach youth work • Accompanying young people in the youth center • Participation in outreach youth work (AJUGA) assignments • Support with projects, events, and excursions • Planning and implementation of own small projects • Collaboration on administrative tasks and team meetings • Co-design of leisure and participation offers for young people Your profile ### • Interest in working with children and young people • Openness, sociability, and enjoyment of working with different people • Reliable and independent way of working • Readiness for assignments in the evening and occasionally on weekends • Initial experience in clubs, youth groups, scouts, or voluntary activities is an advantage • Driving license category B is an advantage Your perspective ### • Sound insight into open and outreach youth work • Professional practical instruction and regular reflection meetings • Opportunity to contribute own ideas and take on responsibility • Valuable practical experience for degree programs in Social Work, Social Pedagogy, or Socio-cultural Animation • Collegial and committed team Became curious?
