EHS Intern (M/F) Main workplace: Le Noirmont (JU) Secondary workplace: Brügg (BE) Internship duration: 9 months General mission: Under the supervision of the EHS Manager, the intern provides a support role within the EHS department, particularly to the Health and Safety Specialist, and ensures the proper execution of the missions entrusted to them. Main responsibilities and activities: 1 - Risk analysis: Support the Health and Safety Specialist in the deployment of risk analysis at workstations across the two production sites (inventory, methodology, risk assessment, etc.). Update documentation at workstations as well as the single risk assessment document. Propose action plans and ensure their follow-up with workshop managers. 2 - Personal protective equipment: Identify the PPE currently available and used within the workshops. Analyze the adequacy of the PPE in view of the various identified risks (notably chemical and mechanical). Draft a standardized reference catalogue of the PPE validated within the company. Update the PPE zoning map of the Le Noirmont site as part of the extension project. 3 - Chemical risk: Support the Health and Safety Specialist in the deployment of the new chemical risk management tool QUARKS, in collaboration with the project team of the Direction Industrielle of Groupe Hermès (preparation and formatting of data files). Ensure operational compliance: labeling, simplified safety data sheets (SDS), training, exposure measurement campaigns, etc. 4 - Miscellaneous: Contribute to the animation of prevention tools at the request of the EHS Manager. Profile: Higher education such as a Master's degree or engineering school, ongoing or completed, with a specialization in the field of Occupational Safety and Health Protection (STPS). Good interpersonal skills, sense of service, and open-mindedness. Sense of responsibility, listening skills, and interpersonal ease. Rigor, organization, method, and ability to propose solutions.
