For our client from the public sector, we are looking, as of 1 August 2026 or by arrangement, for a fixed term of 8 months for the Bern location in the Prevention and Healthcare directorate area for a: Legal Assistant / Legal Assistant Prevention and Healthcare 80% Your tasks • Checking applications and drafting decrees regarding federal diplomas, diploma recognitions and registrations by MEBEKO and PsyKo • Processing statements in appeal proceedings before the Federal Administrative Court • Participating in and, if necessary, organizing meetings of MEBEKO, PsyKo and federal examination commissions • Coordinating inspections of files • Supporting contract management for the conduct of the federal examinations   Your profile • Completed university degree in law or comparable legal training • Experience in administrative procedures as well as interest in health and education policy • Strong team and service orientation • Good editorial skills and stylistic expression • Active knowledge in two official languages as well as ideally passive knowledge of the third official language; text comprehension in English   What awaits you You can look forward to a modern workplace as well as fair remuneration.
