As part of the development of our psychiatry and addictology department, we are looking for a motivated and benevolent Psychiatric and Addictology Nurse to join our team. Your mission Ensure the follow-up and support of patients suffering from psychiatric disorders and/or addictions at home. Assess needs, develop and implement individualized care projects. Promote staying at home and the autonomy of beneficiaries. Work in close collaboration with doctors, families, and various partners in the healthcare and medico-social network. Participate in prevention, therapeutic education, and health promotion. Guarantee global, human, and secure care for patients. Your profile HES nursing degree or a title deemed equivalent recognized by the Swiss Red Cross. CAS in psychiatry, a real asset Confirmed training or experience in psychiatry and/or addictology. Experience in home care, an asset. Excellent interpersonal, listening, and adaptation skills. Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and team spirit. Driving license indispensable.
