Smart Home projects Commissioning and introduction of the solution at our customers' sites Support of existing customer projects Maintenance and technical support Professional requirements Technical understanding and basic knowledge in electrical engineering, computer science, systems engineering Basic knowledge in network technology (LAN/WLAN, IP addressing) as well as handling common Smart Home protocols such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, KNX are an advantage Ideally already practical experience with platforms such as Home Assistant, ioBroker or OpenHAB, e.g., in a private environment or from a previous employment Experience in handling Smart Home hardware (e.g., actuators, sensors, control units) is a plus Enjoyment of structured error analysis and following technical problems independently until a solution is reached Driver's license category B, as projects are supported directly on-site at our customers' locations Personal profile Genuine enthusiasm for Smart Home technologies – You want to understand how systems interact and like to try out new things yourself Friendly, confident appearance in direct contact with customers, even if unforeseen challenges arise during commissioning Independent, solution-oriented way of working – You maintain an overview even with several projects running in parallel Desire to take on responsibility and to develop yourself further with the company Good German language skills in spoken and written form; further language skills (e.g., Italian, ösisch, English) are an advantage What awaits you You work in an environment in which your ideas count and you have a direct influence on the further development of smarli.
