In our Plant 08 in Grenchen, state-of-the-art technologies are used to produce stainless steel watch cases of the highest quality using MIM (Metal Injection Moulding) Become part of our multicultural team and shape the future of innovative and high-quality products with us as Your future areas of responsibility Together with your team colleagues, you will work in day shifts or shift operations depending on demand and ensure the demanding qualitative as well as quantitative production standards. This includes the following activities: Setting up and programming injection molding machines as well as automation systems Participation in the entire sampling process as well as optimization of existing production processes Ensuring production quantities and recording operational data (e.g. SPC, MDE) Supporting the group leader, especially in the induction and training of employees Recognizing and reporting deviations as well as ensuring a stable production process Co-responsibility for the maintenance and functionality of the systems In addition, you will participate in projects and work closely with the quality assurance, laboratory, toolmaking and logistics departments.
