The Téléverbier Group offers its customers (1 million skier days/year) one of the largest ski areas in Switzerland with its 38 facilities and slopes at 3300m altitude. In peak season, it employs nearly 500 employees. Team Leader IT (h/f) at 80 - 100% To support our growth and strengthen our team as part of ambitious projects, we are looking for: Your missions: • Supervise, animate and support the IT team to ensure a quality service for all users. • Organize IT support activities and ensure follow-up of requests as well as compliance with service levels. • Supervise the operation and maintenance of the IT infrastructure (workstations, servers, networks, telephony, mobile equipment and technical infrastructure). • Lead IT projects in collaboration with the company's various departments and external service providers. • Ensure the availability, security and evolution of information systems. • Participate in the development of the IT strategy and propose innovative solutions that meet the company's needs. • Manage licenses, maintenance contracts and relationships with suppliers. • Ensure documentation of IT infrastructures and procedures. Your profile: • Higher education in computer science (CFC completed by an ES/HES training or equivalent title). • Proven experience in system and network administration. • First successful experience in team management or strong management aptitude. • Very good knowledge of Microsoft environments (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure), Windows, Linux and network infrastructures. • Good knowledge of cybersecurity and information system governance. • Experience in managing IT projects. • Excellent organizational, communication and coordination skills. • Service-oriented, team spirit, autonomy and ability to make decisions. • Practice of skiing and good knowledge of the mountain. • Experience with the technical environments of ski lifts and/or restaurants (Skidata, Lightspeed, Hexnode MDM, payment terminals, video surveillance, etc.) is a real asset.
