To meet the many challenges ahead, HIB is looking for a: Operating Planning Manager (M/F) at 100% Your mission Under the responsibility of the head nurse of the operating block, you ensure the planning and coordination of elective and outpatient surgical interventions by undertaking the following tasks: Develop and optimize the operating program and shifts, ensuring efficient use of the operating rooms; Coordinate activities related to the patient pathway for those using the operating block technical platform; Participate in and control the collection and accuracy of information necessary for the preparation of interventions; Guarantee the optimal management of operating planning tools, notably the admission request, Ultra-Agenda and TrackPro; Manage program modifications, postponements as well as changes in timing, rooms or order of passage; Inform patients of their arrival time and any possible modifications; Collect and coordinate the information necessary for the billing of operating block activities.
