The dishwasher is a fundamental figure in a restaurant, responsible for cleaning dishes and the workplace. His main tasks include: • Cleaning: Washing, rinsing and drying plates, glasses and utensils used during food preparation. • Organization: Keeping the kitchen tidy and putting objects in their place. • Waste management: Disposing of waste and sanitizing trash cans. • Maintenance: Checking the proper functioning of dishwashers and other kitchen tools.
