Your tasks include in particular: Coordinating tenders, monitoring deadlines, responsible for completeness and timely submission Monitoring tender platforms (e.g. Simap) Keeping confirmations from insurance companies etc. as well as other general submission documents up to date Maintaining an overview of ongoing and completed tenders Recording and maintaining customer master data in SAP Holiday substitute for the rental business (writing offers, ensuring timely delivery, issuing invoices) Your strengths Completed basic commercial training Very good German and French skills are mandatory, English and Italian skills are an advantage Experience ideally in the aforementioned area or in sales back office Good M365 knowledge incl.
