For our Site Logistics team, we are looking for a committed individual as of now or by arrangement as a Logisticians - Production Supply (100%) (m/f/d) In this varied role, you will make a decisive contribution to the manufacture of life-saving medicines. Together with your team, you will ensure the reliable supply of our production areas with raw materials, intermediate products, and consumables, and ensure that our production processes function smoothly at all times. In doing so, you will work in a modern GMP-regulated logistics environment and undertake versatile tasks - from production supply to warehouse processes and support for international special shipments. Competencies and responsibilities • Ensuring timely production supply through the picking and delivery of raw materials, intermediate products, and consumables. • Professional storage, warehouse management, and material provision in compliance with applicable GMP, quality, and safety requirements. • Performing SAP postings and using warehouse management systems to ensure a smooth material flow. • Coordination and support of national and international parcel, bulk goods, and special shipments in cooperation with internal export specialists and external logistics service providers. • Provision and dispatch of export deliveries including booking and GMP-compliant documentation. • Processing of product returns and disposal orders. • Operation of industrial trucks as well as other logistical equipment. • Support for various logistics processes within Site Logistics Bern as well as active participation in digitalization and optimization projects. • Consistent compliance with all GMP, quality, safety, and EHS specifications. • Active participation in the continuous improvement of processes, quality, and safety. • Readiness to participate in voluntary weekend shifts according to the deployment plan to ensure production supply. Qualifications and professional experience • Completed training as a Logisticians EFZ or a comparable training with several years of professional experience in logistics. • Professional experience in a production, industrial, or pharmaceutical environment; GMP knowledge is an advantage. • Valid forklift license and experience in the safe handling of industrial trucks. • Good SAP knowledge as well as experience with warehouse management systems and common MS Office applications. • Experience in the field of export logistics or dangerous goods (ADR) is an advantage. • Precise, structured, and reliable way of working with a high sense of quality and responsibility. • Team-oriented personality with strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with various interfaces. • Physical resilience as well as readiness for active work within a production environment. • Openness towards digitalization, process optimizations, and new ways of working. • Initiative as well as motivation to be a long-term part of a committed logistics team. About this position • As part of our twelve-member production supply team, a varied everyday working life awaits you with different logistics processes - from the material supply of production via SAP-supported warehouse processes to the support of international special shipments. • You will work closely with production, export, quality, and other specialist departments and, with your precise way of working, contribute significantly to a smooth production process. • Additionally, you will work in day operations from Monday to Friday within our deployment times between 06:00 and 17:00.
