The Plantahof is a department in the Department of Economy and Social Affairs and the competence center for agricultural education and consulting in the canton of Graubünden. In addition to the agricultural vocational school, the Plantahof offers various advanced courses, further education courses and conferences, and is responsible for comprehensive consulting and the transfer of specialist knowledge for the benefit of the Grisons and Glarus agricultural and alpine businesses and other circles that move in agricultural topics. For these purposes, it also operates its own experimental and farm operation at four different locations, including two farm shops. To strengthen the Plant Production department in the consulting area, we are looking for an advisor and teacher for the subject area of organic farming from September 1, 2026 or by agreement Your area of responsibility Specialist consulting in organic farming in the cantons of Graubünden and Glarus Specialist teaching in organic farming in basic training and in advanced courses Consulting and further development of the Plantahof's organic farm operations Participation and consulting for the Bio Grischun board Networking with cantonal and national bodies and commissions for organic farming Further tasks in the project Climate-Neutral Agriculture Graubünden and in the Plantahof's climate strategy What we expect from you Agronomist (Bachelor or Master) or equivalent education Additional qualification as a teacher and consultant (Minor Education and Consulting) Pleasure and knowledge in the field of organic farming and in the field of climate Experience in consulting and further education Team-oriented, reliable and upright personality Willingness to take responsibility as a theme leader in organic farming The general language of work is German.
