YOUR BENEFITS WITH US • A workplace in the heart of Bern • Paid changing time • Contribution to mobility costs • Discount at the Salem-Apotheke • Contribution to fitness subscription Here you can take a closer look at which benefits you can profit from: Teamdiagnose.ch YOUR TASKS ## • You actively help out with housekeeping in the team and simultaneously take over the technical leadership of the 3-member team in OR cleaning • From basic, intermediate, to isolation cleaning, you are deployed in all areas • You accompany new employees during their induction, carry out instructions, and pass on your knowledge in training sessions • You ensure compliance with hygiene standards, safety regulations, and quality guidelines • With your eye for detail, you contribute to ensuring that patients, employees, and visitors feel comfortable in a clean, safe environment YOUR PROFILE ## • You have completed training as a Fachfrau/-mann Hauswirtschaft EFZ, Hotelfachfrau/-mann EFZ or a comparable qualification • You bring experience in maintenance and basic cleaning - ideally also in the OR area • You are team-oriented, communicative, and manage to motivate others • Empathy, sense of responsibility, and flexibility round off your profile • You are open to early and late shifts, holiday replacements, as well as weekend shifts • Very good German skills are required, further language skills are an advantage For further information, Isabel Joss, Head of Housekeeping, is available at T +41 31 335 34 53.
