Technical Sales Support Specialist 100%

On an exclusive mandate from our client, a renowned, market-leading industrial company based in the Winterthur area, we are seeking a Technical Sales Support Specialist 100% # In this versatile role, you will advise renowned national and international customers on your company's renowned products. You will be responsible for order processing from A to Z (quotations, invoices, calculations, etc.), carry out planning activities (in consultation with the Key Account) and take on various other tasks in sales support. For your customers, you will be the competent point of contact for product-related questions and advise them in German and English. Furthermore, you will support product management (e.g., participation and planning of market development, customer consulting as a product specialist, participation in the introduction of new products, pricing, coordination of product lists, etc.). The close collaboration with various internal departments makes your task even more exciting and varied. To be successful in this responsible position, you should have a commercial education or a technical basic education with additional commercial training (e.g., Technical Merchant or similar). You should have already gained experience in a similar role in sales support and customer consulting, preferably in an industrial trade environment. You communicate confidently in German (word and writing) and well in English (required), good French skills are also an advantage. You are proficient in MS-Office and can also draw on professional experience related to ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Abacus, NAV, etc.).
