The job holder is responsible for the professional processing, inspection, cleaning, and packaging of ZGH as well as for supporting tasks in the production process. Quality, accuracy, cleanliness, and timely execution are the priorities. Areas of responsibility Main tasks – approx. 50 % Process ZGH with release agent Polish ZGH Mask ZGH Deburr wound ZGH Clean threads of the ZGH Check dimensional compliance with checking gauges and thread gauges Perform final cleaning and packaging of the ZGH Ensure internal transport of the ZGH to the goods outbound area Secondary tasks – approx. 50 % Mix epoxy resin Treat caps and molds with release agent Press on protective caps Operate winding machine Perform pressing and tempering Demolding of components Clean caps and molds Clean workplace daily and prepare it for further production Professional requirements Practical experience in a production or industrial company At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable field of activity Experience in the careful handling of tools, molds, measuring instruments, and production materials is an advantage Good German language skills for understanding work instructions, safety regulations, and quality specifications Personal requirements Dexterity and very precise working Systematic and structured way of working High quality awareness Independent and reliable way of working Flexibility with changing tasks Resilience even with repetitive activities Teamwork and cooperative collaboration Sense of order and sense of responsibility at the workplace Special requirements for the way of working The activity requires high concentration, careful manual work, and consistent compliance with quality and process specifications. Responsibilities Compliance with the specified production and quality standards Careful execution of all processing, cleaning, and packaging work Proper handling of measuring instruments, tools, machines, and materials Cleanliness and preparation of the workplace Reporting of deviations, quality defects, or malfunctions to the responsible department. Collaboration / Interfaces Collaboration with production employees Coordination with supervisors in case of production deviations or quality issues Internal handover of the finished ZGH to the goods outbound area
