Share What awaits you? ## In this varied function, you will support our wealth and private client advisors in the administrative and organizational support of their customers. You will ensure a professional and efficient processing of the necessary banking transactions and contribute significantly to a high service quality. What are your tasks? • Creation and processing of customer documents as well as handling correspondence • Coordination of appointments and support in the pre- and post-processing of advisory meetings • Taking over diverse administrative tasks in connection with customer relationships • Close cooperation and coordination with internal specialist departments • Ensuring timely, high-quality and customer-oriented processing of customer requests as well as active support of the customer advisors in day-to-day business What do you bring with you? ## • Completed banking training or equivalent training with experience in the banking sector • Knowledge and experience in the area of investing is an advantage • Professional experience at Raiffeisen is an advantage • Interested and customer-oriented personality with a winning appearance • Independent, exact and responsible way of working • Entrepreneurial and networked way of thinking as well as joy in working in a team
