Specialist in Finance and Accounting (80–100%)

In the Aargau region, we are looking for a specialist in finance and accounting. Area of responsibility: Independent management of financial accounting (main and subsidiary books) for two joint-stock companies. Management of creditor and debtor accounting, as well as communication with suppliers and customers. Processing of payment transactions. Management and booking of cash, including expense reports. Creation/assistance with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to OR. Reconciliation of accounts and creation/assistance with VAT returns. Ensuring payment transactions and liquidity planning. Budget creation. Creation and dispatch of customer invoices, including dunning. Collaboration on optimizing processes in the finance area. Contact person for external offices (fiduciary, auditing, authorities). Assumption of various administrative tasks on behalf of VRP and management. Your profile: Completed commercial training with further education in finance and accounting (e.g. specialist certificate in finance and accounting). Several years of professional experience in a comparable function, ideally in an SME in the industrial or metal sector. Very good knowledge of financial accounting and Swiss tax and VAT law. In-depth knowledge of financial statement preparation according to OR. Secure handling of common ERP systems and very good MS Excel skills. Very good German language skills in writing and speaking, English skills an advantage. Structured, precise, and independent working method.
