Due to our constant growth, we are looking for a passionate and sporty Manager Club de Fitness (h/f/d) for our club in Gossau at 100%. As a Gym Manager at PureGym, you play a key role in the management and development of your club. You are not only responsible for tasks such as personnel management and budget administration, but you also play a decisive role in improving performance and optimizing the member experience in your club. Your role includes the following activities and responsibilities : • You implement a proactive leadership approach to create a high-performing and highly engaged culture in your club and serve as a model for your team • You strive for the highest standards in your club, ensure that quality objectives and guidelines for cleanliness, safety, and health are respected, and regularly conduct checks • You welcome and accompany our members in a friendly manner and convey the PureGym spirit throughout the premises • You ensure optimal coverage of the teams in the club and coordinate the schedules of your team • You are responsible for recruiting staff as well as integrating, training, and developing your team • You analyze reports, data, and market trends, define strategies taking into account the budget to achieve your objectives and improve the performance of your club • You regularly lead live group fitness classes and help plan and introduce new course programs What you should ideally bring : • You have completed training or studies in the field of sports and fitness • Your qualification is recognized by Qualitop Suisse • You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar or equivalent position • You possess excellent knowledge of German (at least B2), English and any other language are a plus • You have a sense of numbers and analytical thinking • You have ideally already gained experience in management • You are flexible in terms of working hours, including for evening and weekend interventions • You have a great sense of responsibility as well as an autonomous and proactive way of working • You enjoy contact with people and have a strong affinity for fitness, health, and sales What we offer you : • We offer you the responsibility of your own fitness club • We offer a free membership to the fitness center for you and one other person of your choice • We grant 25 days of vacation on a 100% basis as well as an additional personal day • We offer good prospects for advancement within our company • We guarantee a salary in line with the industry and offer other performance-based remuneration • We offer numerous discounts on our product range as well as exclusive discounts with our partners • We are a young, dynamic, and international team Apply now and become a member of the PureGym team.
