traversa , Netzwerk für Menschen mit einer psychischen Erkrankung, is a social enterprise committed to the inclusion and improvement of the living situation of people with a mental illness. At the Wohnhaus Steinibach in Horw, 20 people between the ages of 18 and 40 find a home as a transitional solution for up to 4 years. A team of specialists supports the residents on their way towards independence. From 1 August 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a motivated specialist with a positive attitude toward life and completed training as a Nursing Specialist HF/FH or in Social Pedagogy HF/FH, 80%-90% ## These are your tasks ### • Accompany and care for people with a mental illness according to the Recovery approach • Reference person work • Collaborate with external reference persons, relatives, and specialist agencies • Work alone or together in an interdisciplinary team • Guide and support residents with household tasks • Responsibility for a department • Administrative work You bring with you ### • Experience in working with people with a mental illness • Independence, empathy, flexibility, resilience, and ability to work in a team • Appreciative and open fundamental attitude, solution-oriented and creative way of working • Willingness to work irregular hours / night standby / weekend service • Experience in household management and cooking skills • Good IT application skills We offer you ### • Varied, exciting, and demanding activity in a social enterprise • Openness to the different life experiences and resources of our employees • A climate of trust and independent work • Supervision and specialist consultation • Remuneration and employment predominantly according to cantonal guidelines We look forward to your electronic application in PDF format.
