Job Description ## As a Cook (M/F/D), you will be responsible for the autonomous management of your station, whether in hot kitchen, cold kitchen, garde-manger, pastry or other. You will ensure the mise en place and the production of dishes while scrupulously respecting established gastronomic standards. Your role will also consist of guaranteeing the quality, regularity and presentation of the dishes served. It is imperative to strictly respect hygiene and food safety standards. You will work in close coordination with the Chef and the entire brigade, thus contributing to the smooth running of the service in a demanding and dynamic environment. Your passion for cooking and your attention to detail will be major assets for success in this position. We expect ## You must have confirmed experience in gastronomy, in 4/5 star hotels or palaces. Training in cooking (CFC, CAP, BEP or equivalent) is required. You must demonstrate excellent organization and a sense of responsibility. The ability to work under pressure is essential, as well as rigor, punctuality and team spirit. A passion for cooking and well-done work is indispensable.
