Currently, for our headquarters located in Bienne, we are looking for our "Manufacturing" department a: CNC REGULATION MECHANIC - DECORATING (M/F) Missions: • Ensure the adjustment, start-up and monitoring of production of a park of CNC decorating machines Citizen (M16, M32 and L12) • Ensure the development of new products and contribute to the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes Responsibilities: • Guarantee production in line with the line's objectives in terms of quality, quantity and deadlines • Carry out visual and dimensional checks of the produced parts • Ensure SPC monitoring as well as production traceability • Participate in continuous improvement and optimization of manufacturing processes • Perform preventive maintenance of CNC Citizen M16, M32 and L12 machines • Participate in daily rituals during team changes • Train and support machining operators in developing their skills Skills: • CFC in Polymechanic, Micromechanic or equivalent training • Confirmed experience in the field of decorating and CNC machining • Experience on Citizen M16, M32 and L12 machines is an asset • Mastery of a CAM software; knowledge of TopSolid is an advantage • Good mastery of computer tools • Rigorous, organized and autonomous person • Team spirit, proactivity and ability to solve technical problems What we offer: • Friendly and collaborative work environment in a family setting • Captivating and enriching technical challenges • 5 weeks of vacation and 2 additional weeks on daily recovery • Flexible working hours • Participation in the sickness fund
