Our team is a solidary, dynamic, and benevolent group, where everyone finds their place and can count on others. »* Your key missions #### • You are in charge of administrative follow-up and social interviews. • You implement personalized action plans. • You support beneficiaries in social, professional, and administrative integration. • You coordinate with internal and external partners. • You ensure compliance with the rules of the homes. Your profile #### • You have a HES bachelor's in social work (SERI recognition if foreign diploma). • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar function. • You have a good knowledge of the Vaud network and social insurances. • You have excellent French (oral and written); mastery of English or other languages is an asset. • You have a marked interest in the field of migration.
