Since 2019, it has assumed the management of the Integration Antenna for the Bienne, Seeland and Bernese Jura region on mandate from the Canton of Berne. In this function, you advise individuals and organizations on integration issues and collaborate with many partners at the municipal, cantonal and national levels. You thus assume responsibilities in a varied field of activity, which offers you great leeway. Do you like advising people on matters of residence, naturalization as well as professional and social integration? Do you enjoy working in case management and accompanying people to develop sustainable solutions adapted to their situation? Would you like to help organizations remove obstacles to integration? Are you interested in monitoring integration projects, from their design to the final reporting stage, including their implementation? The profile we dream of Higher education in the social, legal or integration field, or equivalent professional experience Good knowledge of Swiss foreign and asylum law Excellent knowledge of French or German and good knowledge of the other language Ideally, you can demonstrate experience in the field of migration, integration, social or legal advisory. You work autonomously, demonstrate team spirit and feel comfortable in an intercultural environment. Knowledge of another language would be welcome.
