In the course of our strategic further development, we are introducing a new CRM solution that affects the various areas of the foundation equally, and we are looking for you as a committed personality to strengthen the Fundraising & Marketingkommunikation team, effective immediately or by arrangement, as a Project Manager & Product Owner CRM 80-100 % Your tasks • In this function, you are responsible for the successful introduction of the new CRM solution and work closely with the Fundraising & Marketingkommunikation department as well as with other specialist departments of the foundation. In doing so, you create the foundation that allows our employees to support donors and patrons even more effectively. • You manage the project regarding time, budget, resources, and quality, control the external implementation partner, and ensure that the solution meets the needs of the foundation. • You ensure the quality of the requirements and the effective implementation, with clear framework planning (dates, budget) and agile development in iterations (hybrid approach). • You involve all relevant stakeholders, represent the project in steering committees, and accompany the organizational change in cooperation with the Change Manager. • After the successful Go-Live, you take over the role as Business Engineering & Application Manager for the continuous further development of the new solution. Your profile • You bring sound experience in managing CRM projects, ideally on the Salesforce platform, and a confident handling of agile and hybrid project methods as well as in Requirement Engineering. • You have experience in controlling external partners and in collaborating with stakeholders of different hierarchical levels, and you have a strong affinity for data as well as the ability to translate technical requirements comprehensibly. • Experience in the non-profit or fundraising environment is a big plus. • You are a strong communicator, integrative, and maintain a solution-oriented way of working. • Very good German skills. French and English skills are an advantage.
