Your missions In compliance with the orientations set by the Service de l'enseignement obligatoire and the DFAC, the primary school director manages the organization, the functioning and the administrative and pedagogical management of their establishment, the management of staff, the quality of teaching and education as well as the collaboration with school partners on behalf of whom he/she represents the establishment He/she also pays particular attention to the quality of the climate prevailing within the establishment and to the well-being of the people who work there.
