(Exclusive) Project Manager Operations Pharma (m/w) / Permanent Introduction On behalf of our client, a globally active, renowned pharma service provider based in Zürich Nord (central station location, also workplace optionally up to 100% home office possible), we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a Nature of Work In this varied function, you are part of the Corporate Project Management Team and undertake versatile activities as a Project Manager at the interface with international health insurance customers (especially US companies) as well as the pharma producers located there. You are the competent contact person regarding project management for various projects. For example, client onboarding projects including the development of the detailed project plan for individual client onboarding (timelines, key deliverables, communication, resources etc.) and accompanying the customers until the operational handover to the respective Account Managers. You advise the companies during onboarding on cooperation agreements with pharma manufacturers, as well as service and contract contents, and ensure the optimal SLA/service quality in the service delivery for your Key Accounts. Furthermore, you undertake projects in the area of technical integration (the company's platforms/databases) or projects in the area of corporate processes (e.g., process optimization in Sales/Sales/Account Management), which you also accompany from A-Z as a Project Manager (including project plan and implementation). In doing so, you work closely with your internal colleagues/stakeholders (e.g., Account Management, Marketing, Legal, IT etc.). Requirement Profile To be successful in this responsible task, you bring higher education, e.g., in Business Administration, Project Management and/or Relationship Mgt. Specific project management certifications (e.g. PMP, IPMA etc.) are an advantage. You have several years of practice in comparable positions as a Project Manager (e.g. with project focus in Account Management, Customer Services/Customer Relation Mgt or Corporate/IT projects), which you have ideally gained in a healthcare/pharma or health insurance environment. Particularly important are proven strengths/practice in project planning and implementation (creating project plans, planning resources, coordinating implementation). Specific practice in Project Management Offices with many interdisciplinary interfaces (IT, Finance, Sales, PM etc.) is, as well as experience from the international environment (e.g. dealing with US customers), an advantage. You bring good German skills (an advantage) as well as business fluent English skills; other languages are an advantage. If you are also a pragmatic, organizationally strong personality who can communicate winningly on all hierarchical levels and also keeps a cool head in hectic times, we should get to know each other as soon as possible.
