Employee Assessment Service (80 - 100 %) SVA BL is the competence center for social insurance in the Canton of Basel-Landschaft. As an independent public-law company, it fulfills a statutory mandate and contributes to the social security of the population and the economy of the canton. For the Services department, we are looking for a motivated and experienced personality as an Mitarbeiter/in Abklärungsdienst (80 - 100 %) What you will achieve You plan, organize, and carry out assessments on-site In doing so, you conduct interviews with persons who have psychological, physical, and/or mental impairments Your area of responsibility is the Canton of Basel-Landschaft as well as the neighboring foreign countries You investigate facts, assess them, and summarize the results in an assessment report You are responsible for assessments in the areas of assistance contribution, helplessness, assistive devices, household, and self-employment Your reports serve decision-making What you bring You have training in the commercial field Alternatively, you have training in the healthcare sector and additionally possess good basic commercial knowledge You have an independent and self-responsible way of working and plan your assignments efficiently and customer-oriented You have very good written expression skills and can write well-founded reports in a stylistically confident manner You maintain an empathetic manner and do not shy away from visiting our clients at home You possess a driver's license (Cat.
