Production Operator M/F 100% CDI

Our industrial site in Palézieux (VD) specializes in the manufacture of an active ingredient used in the composition of a medication intended for the treatment of osteoporosis. In order to strengthen our production team, we are looking for a: Pharmaceutical manufacturing operator CDI – Start date: 1st August 2026 We offer you a pleasant working environment as well as the opportunity to evolve within a dynamic and committed team. Your mission: Within the Production department, you will participate in the various stages of manufacturing and packaging of our pharmaceutical active ingredient. In this capacity, you will notably be responsible for: • Carrying out manufacturing and packaging operations in compliance with current procedures • Ensuring the management and supply of raw materials • Rigorously applying Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) • Identifying, analyzing, and reporting any anomalies or malfunctions encountered • Performing equipment adjustments and ensuring first-level maintenance • Precisely completing production documentation • Contributing to the continuous improvement of safety, quality, and facility performance Your profile: • CFC as a machine operator or equivalent training in a technical, industrial, or food industry field • Experience in the pharmaceutical, chemical, or food industry • Autonomous, rigorous person, and flexible with schedules • Good command of French, both spoken and written • Forklift license, an asset • Team spirit and sense of responsibility • Comfortable with common IT tools • Sensitivity to quality, safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements
