DevOps Engineer Digital Assets & Scrum Master (m/f/d)

100% | IT / Business Engineering | Zürich | Experienced professionals In this versatile and central role, you are part of our DevOps team and are responsible for the stable operation and agile further development of our Digital Asset Hub. As an interface between internal and external partners, such as Avaloq, you manage service operations, optimize processes, and lead our team through releases and regulatory adjustments. If you have a passion for cryptocurrencies and digital assets, this position offers you the opportunity to actively participate in the further development of a forward-looking platform and to steadily improve the service quality for our customers. Your tasks • Ensuring operations (including certificates, licenses, troubleshooting) • Further development of automation solutions (CI/CD) and integration of new components • Agile leadership of the team and moderation of Scrum events • Removal of obstacles and promotion of self-organization and continuous improvement • Management of service quality (SLAs, monitoring, reporting), leading service and operational meetings, as well as escalation management in critical incidents Your profile • Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or comparable training • Several years of experience in IT service management, ideally in a regulated environment • Sound knowledge in the areas of Linux, CI/CD, cloud and container technologies, network protocols, security, application monitoring (e.g., Grafana) and ideally Python • Experience with platforms such as Avaloq, crypto-custody solutions and AML tools is an advantage • Enthusiasm for cryptocurrencies and digital assets, high service orientation, initiative, communicative strength and a servant-leadership mindset • Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form.
