Account Manager Central Switzerland (m/f/d) For our location in Burgdorf, we are looking for an Account Manager Central Switzerland (m/f/d) immediately What is your role? As an Account Manager, you are responsible for managing all activities to achieve sales and margin targets in your sales area (parts of the Mittelland and Central Switzerland) in the field service. Furthermore, you are responsible for the expansion and qualification of the customer base and close coordination with your colleagues in Customer Service. The goal is to build a long-term partnership with the customer by ensuring the highest possible customer satisfaction and profitability. You build and maintain customer attraction through regular customer visits in the sales area. You are responsible for: Support, advice, and further development of our customers as well as new customer acquisition Creation and implementation of a sustainable and profitable growth strategy for your sales area Price negotiations, preparation of offers, order processing. On-time deliveries Target-oriented market cultivation and market analysis Evaluation and processing of sales statistics and conducting strategic forecasts This is how you convince us: You have completed technical or commercial training and have ideally already gained experience in agriculture, construction, or forestry You have already been able to gain at least 3 years of experience in a relevant sales function as well as very good industry, product, and market knowledge You know what matters in customer relationship management You are characterized by a high degree of customer orientation, factual persuasiveness, self-motivation, flexibility, and resilience, and you have a solution-oriented, independent way of working You are fit in MS-Office and CRM systems and can ideally communicate confidently in English In addition, you bring a high willingness to travel within your area What do we offer you?
