Architect (m/f/d) in the field of execution planning

What awaits you As an architect, you will take on the integral planning of projects from design to execution (SIA phases 32–53) and support the overall project management/project management. Your main tasks include planning activities in an integral team, with a focus on execution planning and realization (SIA 51–53), supported by Building Information Modeling (BIM). The planning work on current and future (large) projects in the areas of industrial or hospital construction is part of your core area – with a focus on technical elaboration, detail development, and feasibility. You will work closely with all departments (structural planning, HLKS, electrical engineering, construction management) and external specialist planners in a BIM-based coordination process (Revit / ACC). You will support the implementation of the ATP Green Deal, taking into account sustainable and resource-efficient planning. What you bring You have a successfully completed degree in architecture (ETH/FH or equivalent). Your career path shows several years of professional experience in the planning of medium to large projects, with a clear focus on execution planning. You have in-depth technical and constructive knowledge as well as very good knowledge of the relevant Swiss standards and regulations (especially SIA 102). You have proven experience in projects in SIA phases 32–51, ideally with increased responsibility in execution planning. You have good German language skills in writing and speaking as well as good system knowledge in Autodesk Revit (Architecture). You are enthusiastic about integral planning and are able to work on sub-areas independently and in an interdisciplinary manner. You are characterized by high competence in detail planning and constructive elaboration of building projects, as well as your curiosity about topics such as resource efficiency and sustainability. You have a pronounced sense of deadlines, costs, and quality in the sense of SIA project development. An committed, structured, and responsible way of working completes your profile.
