The independent, non-profit association family-help offers, among other things, diverse group and individual psychotherapeutic offers for particularly vulnerable refugees (mothers with their small children, children and families as well as unaccompanied minor refugee youths and young adults). We are a motivated interdisciplinary team of established self-employed and employed child and adolescent psychotherapists and (child) psychiatrists, social workers, psychologists, social pedagogues, body therapists, assistant doctors and therapists in training. Your tasks: • social work activities revolving around the developmental needs of children, adolescents and families seeking protection • clarifying urgent social work and organizational questions regarding the clients (in hectic everyday life) • close cooperation and coordination in the interdisciplinary team • coordination and networking with external partners (legal guardians, KJPP, authorities, AOZ, ORS, Caritas, clinics, legal representatives, etc.) • participation in internal supervision and meetings Requirements: • many years of professional experience, ideally with children, adolescents and families in the migration sector • high interest in organizational and administrative tasks • ability to work in a team • empathy, openness and resilience (readiness for own self-experience desired) • diplomatic flair, willingness to take responsibility and joy in shaping • prior knowledge of foreign and asylum law, child and family law and social insurance law or willingness to undergo further training in these areas • interest in ethnological, psychosocial and socio-political contexts We offer: • organically grown structures in a constant development process • innovative, humanitarian and non-profit projects • a lively and resilient team, interdisciplinary understanding of cases • regular internal supervision and further training • opportunities for co-creation and development
