The Clinique de Crans-Montana, nestled in the heart of the Valais Alps, is an HUG hospital site. Its hospital missions consist of providing care for patients for rehabilitations in general internal medicine and psychosomatic medicine, versatile post-operative rehabilitations or post-hospitalizations in an acute setting. The Clinique de Crans Montana holds FMH recognition for general internal medicine and trains resident doctors. It develops academic research projects in connection with the Faculty of Medicine of the Université de Genève. Job Description You develop, propose, apply and evaluate physiotherapy treatments in accordance with the physiotherapeutic assessment, the diagnosis and the medical prescription in order to recover, improve or maintain the bio-psycho-social functions and activities of patients. You ensure the individual or group care of adult patients and ensure their physical and psychological comfort throughout the therapeutic process. You also use pedagogical approaches such as therapeutic education, promoting adherence to treatments, prevention and health education. You actively participate in interdisciplinary exchanges, colloquia and case discussions. You collaborate closely with doctors, health professionals and all care partners in order to guarantee coordinated and high-quality care. You ensure the traceability of interventions in the patient file, participate in the management and maintenance of therapeutic equipment and contribute to the continuous improvement of the service's services. You participate in the welcome, integration and supervision of new female and male employees, students and interns. You also contribute to the development of professional knowledge through your participation in training activities and, if applicable, clinical research projects. Rigorous, autonomous and organized, you demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working in an interprofessional team in a dynamic environment. Qualifications You hold a HES Bachelor's degree in physiotherapy or a diploma deemed equivalent and recognized for the practice of the profession in Switzerland. Specialized postgraduate training, such as a CAS as a trainer, is an asset. You possess a strong interest in rehabilitation and the interdisciplinary care of patients. Experience in a hospital or rehabilitation setting constitutes an asset. You have an excellent command of spoken and written French (minimum C1 level or native language). You are comfortable with IT tools and electronic medical documentation. You demonstrate autonomy, rigor, organization and good interpersonal skills. You enjoy interprofessional teamwork and identify with the values of trust, respect, team spirit, recognition, equality and inclusion.
