Pflegefachperson mit Fachverantwortung 60-100% Your tasks You ensure a high-standard and holistic care and support quality for our residents, manage the most diverse everyday situations with your modern understanding of nursing, and are co-responsible for the design and implementation of the nursing processes. In the context of setting up the new location, you have the opportunity to get involved in various areas and contribute your specialist knowledge. You respond to the individual needs and wishes of the residents with respect and mindfulness. In doing so, you bear the daily responsibility in shift operation, without night watch.
