Clinical Research Associate The Swiss Cancer Institute is the national network for clinical cancer research in Switzerland. Since 1965, we have been committed as a non-profit organization to improving cancer treatment for the population. According to our vision "Clinical research for a cure tomorrow", we conduct clinical trials in oncology and are the central point of contact for authorities, professional associations, and the pharmaceutical industry. Around 70 employees work closely with all leading oncological clinics in the country at the competence center in Bern. To complement the monitoring team, we are looking for an engaged personality as a Clinical Research Associate (80-100%) starting immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks: You ensure the quality of clinical Phase I-III studies throughout Switzerland in compliance with applicable local and international guidelines and laws. You verify the conduct of the study and compliance with the study protocols at the study centers on-site as well as via remote monitoring. You carry out the initiation, monitoring, and closing of your own study projects according to the monitoring plan and report regularly in writing on the monitoring activities. You perform study-specific risk analyses and develop or create the study-specific monitoring plans. You form an important link between the competence center of the Swiss Cancer Institute and the study centers and contribute significantly to ensuring a smooth flow of information. What you bring: Completed training in the field of healthcare/natural sciences or a Bachelor's degree FH/Uni/ETH. At least 1-2 years of professional experience in the field of monitoring clinical trials. An exact, goal- and solution-oriented working style. Very good communication skills, which you use diplomatically. Excellent knowledge of the English and German languages and you can communicate in French and Italian. Good knowledge of VKlin and ICH/GCP as well as the common Office programs. You appreciate independent work and travel activity of approximately 40%.
